Privacy notice

The operator of the website www.haspo.sk, Haspo.sk s.r.o., is responsible for the processing of personal data under Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection and on amendments to certain acts, published in the Collection of Laws of the Slovak Republic (the “Personal Data Protection Act”).

1. Data subject – website visitor
2. Personal data: company name, registered office, delivery address, e-mail, telephone contact.
3. Purposes of processing personal data:

a) Company name, registered office – issuing a tax document
b) e-mail, telephone contact – contacting the customer regarding an order, sending promotional offers (newsletter). Personal data may not be further processed in a manner incompatible with these purposes.

a) Processing of personal data (company name, registered office) is necessary under a special regulation or an international treaty by which the Slovak Republic is bound, in particular Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on value added tax
b) Processing of personal data (e-mail, telephone contact) is necessary for the performance of a contract

6. Retention period of personal data: only for as long as required by law or the provision of the service

a) Company name, registered office, company ID, tax ID, VAT ID – for the period required by Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on accounting, as amended; b) e-mail, telephone contact – until the contract is fulfilled.

By filling in and submitting the contact form, the data subject gives their express and unconditional consent for the operator to process their personal data for the above purposes, for the above period and to the above extent. The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The data subject is obliged to provide true and up-to-date personal data. The rights of the data subject are governed by the Personal Data Protection Act. These include, for example, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the right to object to processing, the right to request access to personal data concerning the data subject, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and the right to data portability.

8. Cookies
Cookies are small files of information that websites store on a visitor’s computer and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. We use cookies to help us identify and track customers, their use of the website and their website preferences (e.g. language).
