Act No. 124/2006 Coll. does not expressly specify the form of briefing. However, it must be understandable, demonstrable, include a knowledge check and take place during working hours (Section 7). Repeat OSH training takes place at least once every three years, and fire protection training every 24 months. Since 1 March 2023 the attendance list for training by an authorised person may also be kept electronically (Decree No. 356/2007 Coll.).
