Occupational health service (PZS) for companies from €29 per month
Every employer needs an occupational health service from the first employee, including people on agreements. We provide it for category 1 and 2 work throughout Slovakia: a health risk assessment with work categorisation, work-related medical examinations, advice and representation during inspections.
2026 amendment: health risk assessment in an electronic system
Act No. 165/2026 Coll. changed the way the health risk assessment is prepared. From 15 July 2026 it is prepared in the electronic system of the public health authorities.
When preparing a new assessment or updating an existing one, we follow the new rules so you don't have to deal with anything twice.

We walk through your premises or request documents and evaluate the working environment.

We prepare the health risk assessment and assign every job position to a work category.
Medical examinations
We determine which work-related medical examinations your employees need and when.
Operating rules
If your operation needs one, we prepare tailored operating rules.
Measurements
Where needed, we arrange noise measurement or a physical workload assessment.
Inspections and advice
We advise you on changes in the workplace and represent you during RÚVZ inspections on your premises.
How much the occupational health service costs
per month excl. VAT for the occupational health service alone. The final price depends on the type of company and operation and on the number of employees. A flat fee with OSH and fire protection from €79 per month excl. VAT works out better value. You get a 10% discount for each additional service you order.

Frequently asked questions about the occupational health service
How much does the occupational health service cost for a small company?
We provide the occupational health service on its own from €29 per month excl. VAT. The final price depends on the type of company and operation and on the number of employees. If you also need OSH and fire protection, a flat fee from €79 per month excl. VAT works out better value, and you get a 10% discount for each additional service.
Do I need an occupational health service if I only have employees on agreements?
Yes. Every employer with at least one person on staff, whether on an employment contract or an agreement, must have an occupational health service. The obligation arises from Act No. 355/2007 Coll.
What do I get after signing the contract?
After the initial audit or once we receive your documents, we prepare a health risk assessment with work categorisation and determine which work-related medical examinations your employees need. If your operation requires it, we also prepare operating rules or recommend measurements. We then advise you on changes and represent you during inspections.
What does the 2026 amendment mean for my company?
From 15 July 2026 the health risk assessment is prepared in the electronic system of the public health authorities. Employers that existed before this date must have it there by 31 December 2029 at the latest. A company that started employing people after 14 July 2026 must have it within 4 months.
Do you also provide the occupational health service for category 3 and 4 work?
We provide the occupational health service for category 1 and 2 work. If your company has risky category 3 or 4 work, get in touch and we will advise you on the next steps.
Who represents us during an inspection by the Regional Public Health Authority?
If your occupational health service is provided by us, we represent you during inspections by the Regional Public Health Authority on your premises. We also help with Labour Inspectorate inspections, which may check medical examinations or operating rules.
How quickly can you set up the occupational health service?
You see an indicative price online instantly and get a free, no-obligation quote within 24 hours. We arrange the date of the initial audit to suit you, and our branches in Košice, Bratislava, Banská Bystrica and Vranov nad Topľou cover all of Slovakia.
