Under the annex to Government Regulation No. 387/2006 Coll. on requirements for safety and health signs at work. On a prohibition sign, red must cover at least 35% of the area; on warning and mandatory signs, yellow and blue respectively must cover at least 50%.

Yes. The employer must provide safety and health signs wherever a risk cannot be eliminated or sufficiently reduced by other measures (Government Regulation No. 387/2006 Coll.).
Prohibition signs are circular with a red border and bar, warning signs triangular with a yellow background, mandatory signs circular with a blue background, and emergency (green) and fire (red) signs are both square or rectangular.
A plastic sign lasts longer and is also suitable outdoors. A sticker is practical for smooth surfaces, doors, machines and switchboards. Both are made from lightfast, abrasion-resistant materials.
